October 9, 2025
RED LODGE — Beartooth Billings Clinic is proud to welcome Katie Lancaster, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), as the newest member of its Integrated Behavioral Health Team.
Katie brings a strong academic and clinical background to her role, holding a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Disability Studies from the University of Wyoming, as well as a Master of Social Work and a School Social Work Certificate. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based practices. Katie is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for healing and growth.
Clinic Manager, Jenn Olson says “We are thrilled to welcome Katie Lancaster to our team! Her background, experience, and compassionate approach will help us expand behavioral health services to better serve our dynamic community. Katie’s arrival reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients.”
Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) means your primary care provider and a behavioral health professional—like a therapist—work together to support your overall well-being. At Beartooth Billings Clinic, you can access mental health care right alongside your regular medical care. Other IBH team members may include a consulting psychiatrist, a care manager, and other specialists as needed.
Originally from Colorado, Katie fell in love with the Beartooth Mountains and Red Lodge during a visit—and now spends much of her free time hiking, fishing, baking, and enjoying photography with her dog by her side.
“I chose social work because I believe in its values and its powerful history of helping all people,” Katie shares. “It’s a profession that allows me to support individuals, families, and communities in becoming healthier and more resilient.” Katie’s arrival strengthens Beartooth Billings Clinic’s commitment to integrated, compassionate care for individuals of all ages throughout Carbon County.
