Carbon County Childcare Climate Survey

Based on the results of the 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment, residents of Carbon County named childcare as one of their top public health concerns. In response to this concern, Public Health is helping conduct an assessment specifically about childcare.

If you care for a child under the age of 13, please consider completing the following survey. We are not only assessing your childcare needs, but other contextual factors that might be impacting your needs. We would even love to hear if you have suggestions on how to alleviate your childcare concerns.
